Welcome to AssistoAR™. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AssistoAR™, owned and operated by Zeno Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria. AssistoAR™ operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, digital products, and services (the “Services”).
AssistoAR™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any additional policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
AssistoAR™ provides digital 3D anatomical models and visualization services for preoperative planning and augmented reality surgical guidance. We strive for accuracy, but colors, visualizations, and digital appearance may vary depending on device settings.
We do not warrant that any product, visualization, or service will meet your expectations or exactly match screen previews.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice and may limit quantities for any user or region.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. AssistoAR™ (Zeno Ltd.) may accept or decline orders at its discretion. An order is accepted only when confirmed by us and payment is processed.
Please review your order before submission. Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing begins.
Refunds and returns, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK].
You confirm that all purchases are for personal or professional use and not for unauthorized resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs fees, or additional charges.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize AssistoAR™ to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
You represent that:
(i) the payment method is valid and authorized;
(ii) charges will be honored;
(iii) all fees, taxes, and charges will be paid.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For physical items (if any), estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events. Risk transfers to the buyer once the product is handed to the carrier.
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email or account provided.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, text, images, 3D models, software, videos, and materials on the Services are owned by AssistoAR™ (Zeno Ltd.) or its licensors and are protected by Bulgarian, EU, and international laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Services without written permission.
AssistoAR™ logos, product names, and branding are trademarks of Zeno Ltd. Shopify trademarks remain property of Shopify.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools or integrations (including those offered through Shopify) are provided “as is” and without warranty. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Links to third-party websites or resources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party sites.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AssistoAR™ is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Zeno Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transaction. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Some data may be transmitted internationally as part of Shopify’s hosting and processing services.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting Feedback (ideas, reviews, suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, modify, or distribute it for any purpose.
You confirm you have rights to the Feedback and that it contains no harmful or unlawful content.

AssistoAR™ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or error-free performance.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeno Ltd. and AssistoAR™ are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or similar harm.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify AssistoAR™ (Zeno Ltd.), Shopify, and partners against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and AssistoAR™ regarding the Services.

You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
You agree that disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, where Zeno Ltd. is headquartered.

Headings are for convenience only.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of revisions.
